This is a charity event. You can see our expenses here.

things we need

Judging: Since this event is for charity, we would really appreciate any judges who could volunteer their time for this event. Please reach out to me @xhirp on Discord (or me@xhirp.com) if that’s you!

Shuffling: If you know how to broadcast shuffle, please let us know when you’re buying tickets! We want to mark shuffle captains to show their table how to shuffle each draft.

Prizes: If you are an artist in the Magic community and you’d like to work on something for us, reach out! We will reimburse you for your time. If you’d like to sell cool stuff at this event we might also be able to help you do that. We’re not planning on buying any product as prizes for this event. If you’d like to donate any prizes please also reach out. You can contact me at @xhirp on Discord (or email me@xhirp.com).

Promotion: You can find posters and promotional stuff here. Please do stick a poster up in your LGS/local group chat and promote !

where is ?

will be hosted at Dark Sphere Shepherd’s Bush, W12 8PP. To find us from the tube station, enter the W12 shopping centre and walk until you see Dark Sphere on your left.

what are the round timings for ?

• 10:30-11:00 registration
• 11:00-11:15 introduction
• 11:15-15:15 draft 1
• 15:15-15:45 lunch break
• 15:45-19:45 draft 2
• 19:45-20:00 prizes & announcements

will there be coverage?

We are hoping to do post-commentary coverage with the cube designers for two tables each draft.
